We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.
Delivery options
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days) — £3.99, free on orders over £30. Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days) — £5.99.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
